Fixed source packages not building correctly due to missing files.

This reverts commit 97d0ac20.

The commit is reverted because it caused a huge increase in compile time
for JastAddJ. This is likely due to an error in JastAddJ, but until we
have time to figure out exactly what causes it we should hold these
changes.

- all documentation is now formatted using Markdown
- build script process Markdown files before packaging
- processed HTML files are uploaded to jastadd web by release.sh
- JastAdd version is substituted by build script
- removed Google code search links from reference manual (dead links)
- release script takes new version as argument

- build script can now tag and commit a new release
- added build-dist target to build only distribution files
- renamed version JastAdd.properties to Version.properties
- simplified release.sh

- moved emitInhEquations from JragCodeGen.jrag to
  InheritedAttributes.jrag
- fixed some indentation errors in emitInhEquations

- fixes error in previous commit

- moved AttrDecl.cacheStore to template

It is now possible to build JastAdd2 with custom jastadd2.jar using
ant -Djastadd.jar=MY_JAR

This can be used for example for bootstrapping.

This part of the rewrite cache condition is generated from the jastadd2.jar,
version R20060209, included in DemoJavaNames. Without this part of the condition
the result for the test case in DemoJavaNames is wrong.
